The Seahawks are 10-1 on their bye week, and we’re reaching out to Seattle’s loud, proud fans.

Here’s your assignment during the break, 12th Man: Share  your weird rituals  and strange superstitions that have helped the Hawks to the best record in the NFC.

You know the beer commercial you see approximately every 15 minutes with the phrase: It’s only weird if it doesn’t work? That’s what we’re talking about.

The weirder the better. Don’t be bashful.

Follow this link to The Times’ Seahawks blog post. A handy app lets you share video, photos or write about your odd rituals.

We’ll share the best (or worst) rituals,  and may even include you in a video we’re working on to highlight how the 12th Man rolls. And if you’re moved to write something longer, email me your personal essay for a possible Take 2 post.
