Hey, Seahawk fans, what’s your weird game-day ritual?

We’re challenging  Seahawk fans to reveal their weird rituals  and strange superstitions  and we want to hear from you.

So far we’ve heard from a fan who buys Skittles and removes the colors of the opposing team, a 12th Man who always eats a hot dog on the steps of CenturyLink Field and another who has to use the same body wash on game days.

Can you top that?

Check out what fans have submitted so far, and let us know what you do to ensure a Seahawks victory by following this link to The Times’ Seahawks blog. A handy app lets you share video, photos or write about your odd rituals.

We’ll share the best (and weirdest) rituals,  and may even include you in a video we’re working on to highlight how the 12th Man rolls. And if you’re moved to write something longer, email me your personal essay for a possible Take 2 post.

Want to be a reader contributor to The Seattle Times’ Take 2 blog? Email your original, previously unpublished work or proposal to Sports Editor Don Shelton at dshelton@seattletimes.com or sports@seattletimes.com. Not all submissions can be published. The Times reserves the right to edit and publish any submissions online and/or in print.
