It was a crazy, busy year in Seattle sports. The NBA and NHL still haven’t arrived, but Robinson Cano, Clint Dempsey and Chris Petersen have.
Managers and coaches have come and gone. We lost two Husky coaching icons, Don James and Marv Harshman, who died this year.
The Huskies, playing in renovated Husky Stadium, and Cougars each had their best football season in years. Washington crew and Bellevue High School football continued their usual excellence.
