Have you seen this would-be bank robber?

Surveillance photo from yesterday's Chase Bank attempted robbery.

The FBI has released this surveillance photo of the man who attempted to rob a Chase Bank branch in Lake City yesterday.

The man walked into the bank at 12360 Lake City Way N.E. and handed the teller a demand note that indicated he was armed.  The FBI says the man was not successful and left the bank without cash.

He is described by witnesses at a white male in his 30s, 6 feet to 6-feet-2. The FBI says he wore a wig.

Anyone with information regarding this subject is asked to call 1-800-222-TIPS, the 24/7 anonymous tips line of the Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound. Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 for any information that leads to the arrest and charges in the attempted bank robbery.
