Suspected flasher ordered held on $100,000 bail
The 29-year-old Kenmore man suspected of exposing to himself to several children in Seattle was ordered held today in lieu of $100,000 bail.
The deadline for filing charges is tomorrow, according to the King County Prosecutor’s Office.
Police say the man is suspected of several incidents between Sept. 29 and Oct. 3. Three incidents occurred in North Seattle, one on Capitol Hill and one in West Seattle. According to a affidavit of probable cause that outlines the police case against the man, on one occasion he ejaculated on a girl.
The affidavit says he was identified by some of the victims. He was arrested yesterday at his home in Kenmore, police said.
The dates and locations of the incidents being investigated by police are:
Sept 29 at 2:40 p.m. at Holman Road Northwest and Northwest 90th Street.
Sept. 29 at 4:11 p.m. in the 5800 block of Southwest Lander Street.
Sept. 29 at 5:30 p.m at East Aloha Street and 23rd Avenue East.
Oct. 2 at 5 p.m. at 12019 14th Avenue Northeast (Pinehurst playfield).
Oct. 3 at 3:30 p.m. at a high school soccer field in the 14000 block of 1st Avenue Northeast.
