Power out in Seattle's Roosevelt neighborhood

Power is out to about 3,900 homes and businesses in the Roosevelt neighborhood, according to Seattle City Light. The outage was first reported around 8:40 a.m.

The general boundaries of the outage are Northeast 75th Street on the north; Northeast 40th Street on the south; Fifth Avenue Northeast on the west; and 15th Avenue Northeast on the east.

The cause of the outage was not immediately known. Power isn’t exopected to be restored until around noon, City Light says.
