A Seattle police patrol car was rear-ended by a driver in North Seattle at about 2:40 a.m. Sunday, police said.

Police said the officer was going about 30 mph, headed north in the 12200 block of Aurora Avenue North, and tried to get out of the way, but the suspect’s car hit his vehicle.

The suspect’s car then veered to the right, stopping against a concrete post. There were no injuries, police said.
