The Morning Memo / Saturday: Rain, traffic and developments in search for missing toddler

Weather: Expect rain today — 100 percent chance — according to the forecast. Several inches of snow expected in the mountain passes. Sunday, conditions are supposed to improve with just a 30 percent chance of rain here and snow up high. The details.

Traffic Update: Highway164 reopened in both directions just before noon east of Southeast 392nd Street between Auburn and Enumclaw after an earlier serious injury collision.
The collision shortly before 8:30 a.m. Saturday had closed Highway 164 in both directions east of Southeast 392nd Street between Auburn and Enumclaw. A detour was in place on a series of back roads.
