The Morning Memo / Sunday: Rain and snow coming; Police hold news conference on missing boy

Weather: The rain that’s likely to fall most of the day today is expected to give way to mixed rain and snow later in the week — and snow was already falling at Chinook and Cayuse passes. Missing toddler: Bellevue police have scheduled a 10:30 a.m. news conference this morning on developments — if any — in their search for Sky Metalwala, the 2-year-old who was reported missing one week ago this morning from his mother’s parked car in Bellevue.
