The Morning Memo / Tuesday: Superdog, inmates picking apples, a sniper

Weather:  Hello! No rain today. Sunshine, 50 degrees. Let’s enjoy it. It is November. Wet tomorrow, though, and Thursday, looking good Friday.

But you’ll notice that the temps aren’t expected to get out of the 40s Friday through Monday. Like we said, November.

Traffic: Did we mention Viadoom is over?

Amber Alert ended overnight: The nasty case of the boyfriend allegedly stabbing his girlfriend last night, killing her and then running off with her nine-month-old baby has been called off, and he’s surrendered to police. The baby is OK.

Cons picking apples: Did you see that there’s such a shortage of apple pickers that there are now 150 prison inmates joining the harvest?

A sniper in downtown Seattle will certainly give you the willies…

We ran a poll yesterday asking what Halloween candy was your least favorite, and wax candy lips won by a mile.

OK, Halloween is over, but we couldn’t let the day go by without running this photo from our pet blog.
