The Morning Memo/Sunday: Sun trumps snow; emergency crewman struck, injured on I-5

Weather:   Looks like we may dodge the snow bullet again this week, starting with cold but clear and — yes! — sunny skies today. Don’t get too smug about it, though, because we’ll likely be back to rainy skies again on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, with a real good chance of same from Thanksgiving Day through the rest of the week.   Link to the Weather Service

Emergency worker struck: An emergency worker was struck  after crews responded to a  rollover accident this morning in the southbound lanes of Interstate 5 near Federal Way.
