Was fatal hit-and-run intentional?

There is not points to locate on the map

Tacoma police believe that the driver in a fatal hit-and-run crash Friday night intentionally struck the victim.

The crash occurred about 8:20 p.m. when an SUV hit a woman who was walking in an intersection. The victim was 45-year-old Michelle Johnson, of Burien, the Pierce County medical examiner said Saturday night.

The incident occurred near South 43rd Street and South J Street in Tacoma, according to The News Tribune.

Police say Johnson and the driver knew each other and might have argued before Johnson was run down. The driver sped away but turned herself in soon afterward. She was booked into jail on suspicion of murder.
