520 Bridge closure canceled

This weekend’s planned nighttime construction closures of the Highway 520 floating bridge are canceled and will be rescheduled.

Crews had planned to close all lanes of the highway the nights of Dec. 3 and 4 to install girders at Evergreen Point Road and 92nd Avenue Northeast.

The work is being rescheduled to minimize effects on weekend holiday traffic, according to the state Transportation Department.
