Arm cut off by guillotine could not be reattached
The arm of a Bellingham man that was chopped off in a guillotine he built could not be reattached, according to The Accociated Press. The man, a transient, used scrap wood and a sharpened, 60-pound piece of metal to build the 16-foot-tall guillotine in October. Police just released information about the case in response to a records request.
