Razor clam dig on state coastal beaches this week

The Associated Press

The last razor clam dig of the year will be held on Thursday and Friday evenings on four Washington ocean beaches.

The Fish and Wildlife Department approved the digs at Long Beach, Twin Harbors, Copalis and Mocrocks beaches.

The department also says there may be a dig in early January, but tides won’t be low enough for a New Year’s dig.
