Scamp scampers back from the dead

When Scamp the puppy got hit by a car in Yelm earlier this month, he was wrapped in a blanket and set in the cold backyard, soon to be buried.

But Scamp, a Yorkshire terrier-Shih Tzu mix, had a surprise for his owners.
