Seattle is vain, kinda…

[table id=1 /]

You’re so vain,” sang Carly Simon. Well, Seattle thinks it’s pretty hot stuff, ranking itself at 7 on a vanity scale of 1 to 10.

That’s according to a poll conducted by Mandala Research and released Wednesday by LivingSocial, an online “daily deal” website that offers a discount on some product or service every day to subscribers, giving them a particular interest in this sort of thing. The poll results were featured on the portfolio.com website.

Those responding to the poll rated themselves. The results are over there on the right.

And who doesn’t think quite so much of themselves, according to the poll:

1. Cleveland; 2. Dallas; 3. Detroit; 4. Denver; 5. Minneapolis-St. Paul.
