Wood debris can be taken to King Co. sites for free

Tree limbs and other wood debris from the recent storms can be dropped off for free the next two weekend at four sites in King County.

The debris can be dropped off between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Jan. 28 and 29, and again on Feb. 4 and 5, at King County solid waste facilities in Shoreline, Enumclaw and Cedar Falls, at at Kent’s Russell Road Park.

The sites will accept stumps, logs and limbs, but not brush, leaves, grass clippings or sod. For more details, click here.
