Murderer serving on town of Pacific's City Council

The South King County town of Pacific has learned that a member of its City Council since 2007 is a murderer.

KOMO TV reports that Gary Hulsey was convicted of stabbing his wife to death in 1978. He served eight years of a 20 year sentence. He later had is voting rights restored.
