Stevens Pass closed tonight due to avalanche danger
Authorities have closed Highway 2 over Stevens Pass for the rest of the night due to snow slides and avalanche danger, according to a notice posted on King County’s Regional Public Information Network.
The road won’t open until sometime Wednesday morning, according to the notice. Avalanche control will be conducted in the meantime.
The closure is between mileposts 58 and 64.5.
