Man arrested in alleged domestic violence incident

There is not points to locate on the map

A 45-year-old man was arrested in connection with a domestic violence assault Thursday after police surrounded an apartment he was in in the 14000 block of 32nd Avenue Northeast, according to Seattle police.

Police were called around 10 a.m. by the victim’s mother who said the man had assaulted her daughter, was armed with a handgun and was wanted by police.

Officers, hostage negotiators and SWAT units responded to the call, Seattle police spokeswoman Renee Witt said.

The man came out and was taken into custody without incident after police contacted him through a public address system, police said.
