Pair arrested in Arlington espresso stand robberies

A man and woman have been arrested in connection with three recent espresso stand robberies in Arlington.

The suspects, both 44, were arrested Friday after police received  tips from the public, according to Kristin Banfield, assistant city administrator/city clerk for Arlington.

The man, from Everett, has been booked into the Snohomish County Jail on one count of second-degree robbery. Banfield said he is believed to be the driver of the car used in the most recent robbery.

The woman, an Arlington resident, was booked into the jail on one count of first-degree robbery and two counts of second-degree robbery.
