Prosecutors: Pierce County woman let teens turn tricks in her home

Pierce County prosecutors have charged a 28-year-old Tacoma woman with two felonies for allegedly allowing two teens to have sex for money in her home.

Charging documents say Jacqueline Nicole Carr was at home, cooking, with her two young sons on Monday when an undercover officer arrived at the apartment. The officer had arranged to meet two 15-year-old girls at the home through a “2 girl special” ad  in backpage.com, court documents say. He was told by the girls that he could have sex with both of them for $200 apiece, court documents allege.

After the officer paid the two girls, one of them mentioned to the other that they would have to remember to pay Carr $20 for the use of the room, according to court documents.

The Lakewood officer signaled for other officers to make the arrests after the girls began to undress, court documents say.

Court documents say that Carr initially denied any knowledge of the alleged prostitution but later said she had let one of the girl’s use her home for prostitution previously.

Carr said she had made approximately $200 from the arrangement in the past, according to court documents. When asked why she allowed it, court documents say she replied that she  “just couldn’t say no.”

Carr is being held on $50,000 bail in Pierce County Jail.
