Trio of overnight burglaries in northeast Seattle

There is not points to locate on the map

Burglars hit three homes in northeast Seattle Saturday night, in each case while the residents were asleep, Seattle police said.

At one home in the 4000 block of 41st Avenue Northeast in the University District, the burglar or burglars entered the kitchen through an unlocked back door or window. They took personal electronics and car keys, police said, and drove off in a 2005 Acura MDX that was parked out front. That car was described as green, with Washington license plates AFV-9085.

At a nearby house, in the 3800 block of 42nd Avenue Northeast, a burglar or burglars also entered the kitchen through an unlocked back door and took several items, including personal electronics.

And at a house in the 9700 block of 27th Avenue Northeast in Lake City, a burglar or burglars smashed in a daylight basement window with a small concrete block and took a personal electronics device. The suspect or suspects got away on foot, despite a  police response that included tracking dogs.

Police advise anyone who sees the stolen car to call 911.
