Teen shot in the behind with pellet gun at Seattle playground

An argument between a teen and five guys on a Northeast Seattle school playground led to the teen being shot with a pellet gun in the rear end and the five guys running away, according to Seattle police.

The teen was not injured.

There was a function going on at the school, John Rogers Elementary, at the time so it went into lockdown briefly.

The incident occurred Friday about 7:30 p.m. The teen was at the school function, but the five guys were not, police said. At one point, two the five suspects pulled out pellet-type guns and began shooting at the teen. One of the pellets hit him in the buttocks.

The five guys then ran off. Police went looking for them, but didn’t find them.
