Seattle sells Ravenna fire station

Seattle has sold Fire Station 38 in the  Ravenna-Bryant neighborhood for $712,000.

The city had set a minimum price of $350,000 for the property.

Accounting for the 5 percent commission, the city netted $673,433 on the sale.
