Two men were injured, one critically, when a train struck a car Thursday evening at a railroad crossing in Fife,  police said.

The accident happened around 6:40 p.m. at a railroad crossing with no gate near 4020 78th Ave. E. , said Cmdr. Tim Floyd. The Union Pacific train was traveling about 40 mph when it hit the car, according to The Associated Press.
