Bodies of 2 found in Everett apartment

UPDATE: 4:07 p.m. | The Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the deceased as Sandra L. Williams, 50, of Everett, and her 25-year-old son, Spencer L. Williams.  Cause and manner of death are still under investigation.

Original post: Police are investigating the deaths of two people whose bodies were found in an Everett apartment.

Everett police responded to the Huntington Park Apartments just after noon Monday and discovered the bodies, said Officer Aaron Snell. The apartment is located at 9009 West Mall Drive, near the Everett Mall, Snell said.

The bodies, which were inside the apartment for a significant period of time, have been released to the Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office, he said.Information about the identities of the two people or their causes of death was not immediately available.
