Central District shooting victim is out of ICU

The 41-year-old man who was shot several times in the chest in Seattle’s Central District last Thursday is now out of Harborview Medical Center’s Intensive Care Unit.

Frank Brown, also known as Omari, is in satisfactory condition, according to hospital spokesperson Susan Gregg. She said she was not sure when he would be discharged, though.

Brown was shot in front of a relative’s residence on 27th Avenue between Columbia Street and Cherry Street, just a block away from where Madrona father of two, Justin Ferrari, was killed at the end of May.
