A man was shot in a “disturbance” in Seattle’s Central District on Friday evening, and officers are looking for high-end sedan seen driving away, according to Seattle police.
Just after 6 p.m., police responded to a report of gunfire at 23rd Avenue South and South Dearborn Street, across the street from Judkins Park. Witnesses reported seeing the car – described by police dispatchers as a Mercedes or BMW – driving away.
A man was soon dropped off at Harborview Medical Center with a gunshot wound, according to police. His condition is unknown.
The Seattle police gang unit is assisting in the investigation.
