Robbers target Kirkland adult family home

Kirkland police are investigating a home-invasion robbery at an adult family home.

Three men entered the home in the 7000 block of Northeast  137th Street through an unlocked front door at around 12:30 p.m. today and demanded to know where the safe was located, police said.

Two of the residents suffered minor injuries after being forced to the floor, police said.

The men took the safe and fled.
