Morning Memo/Sunday: Gorgeous weather … Bumbershoot best bets … Garfield High grad wins cat-video contest

Weather: It’s perfect, so get outside. Partly sunny, highs in the 70s and no rain in sight. When the damp gloom comes this fall and winter, please remember this weekend. Another 10 dry days, and we’ll break Seattle’s record of 51 days without rain, set in 1951. The National Weather Service forecast.

Traffic: The map and cams.

Bumbershoot: Check out our 30 best bets for Bumbershoot performances and events here. Tickets are $55 for day-of general admission.
