Seattle police said two men, including one armed with a handgun, robbed a man in his home this morning.
The victim was in his apartment in the 3900 block of South Eddy Street around 10:30 a.m. when he heard a crashing noise coming from the rear of the unit. When the victim went to investigate, he encountered two unknown men in black hooded sweatshirts, police said.
One of the men pointed a handgun at the victim and one grabbed a container of loose change. Both men then fled, police said. The victim was not injured.
A neighbor saw the two men and chased them before they got into an older-model blue car and drove off.
Police said the container of change was found on a nearby lawn.
