Seattle Public Schools is planning to hold three public meetings later this month to take comments on a capital levy package.
The package, aimed for the February 2013 election, includes about $700 million in projects to modernize and upgrade schools, such as a $11. 5 million wireless internet system. School officials will take public comments during a question and answer session.
The community meetings will be held:
- Thursday, Sept. 20, 6:30-8 p.m. at Whitman Middle School, 9201-15th Ave. N.W.
- Monday, Sept. 24, 6:30-8 p.m. at Madison Middle School, 3429 S. Graham St.
- -Thursday, Sept. 27, 6:30 -8 p.m. at McClure Middle School, 1915-1st Ave. W.
