Truck trailer tips, fish guts galore…

The state Department of Transportation sums up this photo in one word: “Gross.” Their Twitpic of an overturned truck carrying fish guts and heads on U.S. Highway 101 about 21 miles north of the Columbia River tells the whole story, doesn’t it?
