Body pulled from water in Seattle
A man’s body was pulled this morning from the water near Alaskan Way and Madison Street, police said.
Seattle police and firefighters were called to the waterfront just before 7:30 a.m. after workers found a man’s body floating in the water. Police say the body had apparently been in the water for some time.
The Seattle Fire Department’s harbor unit recovered the body and turned it over to the King County Medical Examiner’s Office for identification.
