Fatal fire in Forks; body found in mobile home

The Associated Press

FORKS — Officials expect an autopsy to identify the body that firefighters found in a burned out mobile home near Forks.

The fire was reported Wednesday morning by a passerby.

Undersheriff Ron Peregrin told the Peninsula Daily News the cause of the fire is being investigated.

District No. 6 Fire Chief Jeff Baysinger says a second fire destroyed a home in Forks the same day, but caused no injuries. Baysinger says that fire was probably caused by an electrical problem.
