Man arrested for flashing children waiting to see Santa

A 45-year-old man was arrested Sunday morning after he exposed himself to children who were waiting to get their pictures taken with Santa at a downtown Seattle  store, according to police.

Police said the man was lurking around a group of children with his zipper down and his genitals exposed at a store at Fifth Avenue and Pine Street. The man was seen drinking a bottle of hard lemonade, police said.

A police account does not name the store.

Police said the man had been arrested for lewd conduct just two days earlier when officers found him masturbating in front of a bank on 13th Avenue and East Madison Street in the middle of the night.

The man has been booked into the King County Jail for investigation of indecent exposure.
