Man killed in crash east of Lake Stevens

A 35-year-old man was killed in a crash early this morning east of Lake Stevens, the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office said.

Investigators say the victim was thrown from his vehicle and died at the scene. The accident was reported around 4:30 a.m. at OK Mill Road. The Sheriff’s Office says speed may have been a factor in the crash.

Investigators are still at the scene and the road is closed between Creswell Road and Price Road.

The victim’s name has not been released.
