Raccoon for dinner?

As columnist Dave Barry often said, “I’m not making this up.”

Someone in Seattle has a raccoon for the giving, for the barbecue or dinner table that is.

The person is advertising the critter on Craigslist, saying it had to be killed because it was getting into their chicken coop. And unfortunately, the fellow they usually give such things is out of town so they’re advertising the raccoon for you to dine on. The raccoon is fresh because it was killed just this morning.

And, they’ll even dress it out for you.

Any takers, please? Yum.

Of course the poster could be making the whole thing up…
