2 bodies found in car pulled from Snohomish River

A car with the bodies of a man and woman inside has been pulled from the Snohomish River.

A Snohomish County sheriff’s deputy at the scene in the 6600 block of Riverview Road, near the town of Snohomish, said “all indications” are that the 1999 red Mitsubishi Mirage is connected to a couple reported missing earlier this month. Snohomish residents Jason J. Dolman, 31, Riza P. Ysulat, 36, have been missing since Jan. 8.

Dolman and Ysulat, who are dating, have not been to work since Jan. 8, and their cellphones have been turned off, the Sheriff’s Office said. Medications and other personal items were left behind at their homes.

Identification of the bodies, as well as the cause and manner of death, will be determined by the Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office.

On Tuesday, the Sheriff’s Office announced that they were searching for the couple. They were believed to be driving a red 1999 Mitsubishi Mirage, Washington license plate AJN4025, the Sheriff’s Office says in a news release.
