Ramp from I-5 to West Seattle Bridge to be closed this weekend

The ramp from southbound Interstate 5 to the West Seattle Bridge will be closed this weekend so Washington State Department of Transportation crews can start replacing 31 aging expansion joints.

The closure, the first of 11 weekend closures, will start at 10 p.m. Friday and end at 5 a.m. Monday.

WSDOT has provided information online about this weekend’s closure, when and where future closures will occur and downloadable maps for detour routes.
