Two sought in South Seattle car theft, shooting
Seattle police are seeking information about two suspects who stole a man’s car at gunpoint as he was getting out of his 1995 light-blue Cadillac DeVille shortly before 5 a.m. Saturday in South Seattle.
One of the suspects fired shots at the man as he ran toward his house, according to an item posted on the Seattle Police blotter. The incident happened in the 4500 block of South Willow Street.
Neither the car owner or a friend who also had been in the car was injured, police said.
The suspects drove off in the car, heading west on South Willow Street.
The suspect who fired the shots is described as being in his 20s or 30s and wearing a black-and-red jacket and baseball hat. Police said they didn’t have a description of the second suspect.
