3 juvenile suspects ID’d in beating of soccer coach in Lynnwood

Three juveniles present during the Feb. 6 beating of a Seattle soccer coach have been identified, according to the Lynnwood Police Department. Police said the Lynnwood’s City Prosecutor’s Office is reviewing the case.

The 53-year-old private-league soccer coach from Seattle was waiting with his teenage daughter for other teammates to arrive at Meadowdale High School in Lynnwood when the teens allegedly started insulting the father. The man told police that two of the teens beat him up, leaving him with bruises and abrasions, but no serious injuries.
