Body found washed ashore on Vashon Island
The body of an elderly woman was found washed ashore on Vashon Island.
Several people walking Monday afternoon on Reddings Beach near Southwest 240th Street and 147th Avenue Southwest found the body, said Sgt. Cindi West with the King County Sheriff’s Office.
The Sheriff’s office is looking at missing persons reports to see if any match the body that was found.
