Man hit by car twice, survives

The Associated Press

Police say a car drove up on a curb and hit a man standing at a bus stop Sunday night in North Seattle and also hit two parked cars. Then, the driver backed up and ran over the victim a second time.

The victim’s friend tried to restrain the driver, but he ran off and remains at large.

Police say the victim suffered serious injuries but is expected to survive.
