Shots fired at woman in West Seattle

Shots were fired at a woman driving into her apartment complex Thursday night in West Seattle, according to Seattle police.

The gunfire reported at 6:50 p.m. on the 8400 block of Delridge Way Southwest shot out the woman’s vehicle window, but did not injure her. No description of the suspect, who is still at large, is available yet, according to police.

Based on a preliminary investigation, Seattle police detectives believe the woman was not the target of the shooting and that her vehicle was hit by stray bullets.
