Get answers to your flu questions on Twitter at 11:30 a.m.

From Health Reporter Carol M. Ostrom:

State Health Officer Dr. Maxine Hayes will host a Twitter chat today about the flu from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

With 28 lab-confirmed deaths in Washington state so far, public health officials are encouraging people to get vaccinated, cover their cough, and stay home when sick, and will answer questions about how to stem the flu’s spread in workplaces, homes and schools. Hashtag is #WaFlu; Dr. Hayes is: @DrHayesWADOH.
