Boeing postpones 787 flight intended to test power panels

Boeing postponed a planned test flight of the 787 Saturday that was intended to test newly engineered power panels. The reason is not known at this time. The company declines as a matter of policy to discuss the timing of flight tests before they happen.

Boeing is separately conducting ground tests on its 787 battery fix, and a single demonstration flight for certification of that fix is expected within days.
