Gang-unit deputies from the King County Sheriff’s Office arrested Burien shooting suspect Linley Valdez, 26, Friday afternoon within a few hours of releasing his picture and description.

Valdez is accused of shooting the 18-year-old brother of his ex-girlfriend Thursday on the 15600 block of Fourth Avenue South.

The Sheriff’s Office has not released more details on how and where he was arrested.
